A repository of knowledge and information for the whole academic community. The librarians are responsible for the following:

a. Develop of sound standards and policies in serving the needs of the faculty and students;

b. Work closely with the University President, College Deans, faculty and staff by updating them with information concerning new acquisition, recommending new materials for enrichment of classroom instructions;

c. Maintain wholesome atmosphere conducive to learning and maximum intellectual development in the library; and

d. Keep records of library updated
