A seminar-workshop on Management of Records is held on February 19-20, 2018 at the St. Paul University Iloilo (SPUI) – big IMC. The event is participated by key personnel in each College, unit, and department of SPUI and facilitated by Mrs. Nella Ibarra and Mrs. Juliet Dumabot of St. Paul University Dumaguete.

Participants are grouped into five members each team, to discuss and analyze problems in records management in order to put into proper context the gaps in the system as practiced and adopted at SPUI.

he two-day seminar-workshop is a learning and sharing experience for both the participants of SPUI and the facilitators of SPUD. As members of the St. Paul University System (SPUS), both SPUI and SPUD strive to share each other’s best practices in order to make the records management system better and aligned with the overall goals of the system.
