Last September 29, numerous classrooms all over the Philippines were crowded with 126,952 Filipinos aspiring to be a licensed teacher in either elementary or secondary levels. After 40 working days, November 23, the Board of Professional Teachers (BPT) finally announced the results: 45, 139 passed (19,384 elementary teachers and 25,755 secondary teachers). Included in the list of passers are the 2009 Graduate, Analyn U. Mercado, Bachelor of Secondary Education in Biological Science and the recent graduates of March 2013: Norlhie Joy Lagon, Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education; Lailah Talundata, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biology; and Sheila Mae Torrechante, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biology. CONGRATULATIONS, NEW EDUCATORS! We are so proud of you!
Four Paulinians were able to take the examinations and they all passed, resulting to 100% Passing Rate with 31.18% for BEED National Passing Rate, and 39.78% BSED National Passing Rate.
We would also like to CONGRATULATE one of our own faculty, Mr. Francis Legario who took the board exam and also passed!
