St. Paul University Iloilo Advances Global Education Initiatives with Internationalization Writeshop

In a step toward global engagement, St. Paul University Iloilo (SPUI) conducted an Internationalization Writeshop Training.

This was facilitated by Ms. Jennifer Montero, Regional Manager of Camosun College in Victoria, BC, Canada.

The training’s primary goals were to create an Internationalization Operations Manual, integrate international programs and activities into all academic disciplines, and establish a distinctive international brand for the university.

The internationalization of higher education involves incorporating international and intercultural perspectives into the mission and operations of higher education institutions.

It promotes the exchange of ideas, students, and programs across national boundaries, thus broadening the scope of learning and research.

This comprehensive approach is more expansive than simply cross-border education, aiming to create an inclusive, globally connected academic environment.

Through this recent initiative, St. Paul University Iloilo seeks to elevate its global profile and enhance its academic offerings.
