Non-Teaching Personnel of SPU Iloilo Enhance Skills at Business Correspondence Seminar
The non-teaching personnel of St. Paul University Iloilo recently participated in a business correspondence seminar-workshop, organized as part of the university’s continuous efforts to provide training and capability-building among its staff.
The event focused on enhancing the participants’ understanding of the fundamentals of effective business letter writing.
Facilitated by Leonard Pineda I, a faculty member of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education and a former Professional Fellow of the US Department of State, the seminar covered essential aspects of business correspondence.
Participants were taught key principles and techniques for crafting clear and concise business letters, a vital skill for effective workplace communication.
The seminar also included a practical session where attendees were given the opportunity to apply the concepts they learned.
The training program is part of the university’s ongoing initiatives to empower its non-teaching personnel by equipping them with essential skills that can enhance their professional growth and contribute to a more productive work environment.
