Leadership opportunities come in different shapes and sizes in all ages. It is vital in school and in the personal development and achievement of an individual. It crosses role playing and modeling that will simply provide first hand experience and direct exposure to real-life stories.
In St. Paul University Iloilo, students begin to practice leadership as early as pre-school and Grade 1 as they are exposed directly to the leadership activities that are geared toward cooperation, communication, understanding and perseverance. As they get older, they learn how to be good leaders as they participate in team buidling activities, puzzle mazes and other related group dynamics. More than anything else, students learn self-confidence, social skills, communication arts and independence. They use their voices to share what they feel for the good of others and exercise initiative to define responsibility and special assignments.
Paulinians, rise above and shine the brightest. Make every opportunity a part of your growth and development as a person and as a leader. See you in the workshops.
