Those who watched the show shared their excitement and appreciation:
“I give The Sound of Music a strong 9/10. The
cast, crew, production team, and especially the director did an incredible job.
Having seen many productions by Sir D, I can confidently say this was one of
his best. The passion and dedication from everyone involved truly brought this
classic to life in a fresh and unforgettable way.”
— Ma. Luisa P. Alba, Quality Assurance Associate, St. Paul’s Hospital of
Iloilo, Inc.
“I was impressed with the production by St. Paul
University Iloilo and Prima Galaw. Despite being a cast of first-time
performers, they brought energy and enthusiasm to the stage, making the show a
joy to watch.”
— Rowena Diaz, SPUIAA Officer
“What a beautiful experience! My bias is Maria—she was
pitch-perfect. Her portrayal was articulate, clear, and emotionally compelling,
even to the back of the theater. She dominated the stage with grace and
presence, making every scene unforgettable. I could watch and listen to her all
day.”
— Jimmy Servidad, Level 1 Team Leader, College of Nursing, SPU Iloilo
