In pursuit of improving service to the Paulinian community, the St. Paul University Iloilo, headed by its Alumni Affairs Office, conducted a Soft Skills Training for its personnel last Friday, July 11, at the campus Big Instructional Media Center.

The activity featured Soft Skills Training Development Consultant Rowena Diaz, also the University consultant for Alumni Affairs. The sessions included topics on Ethics, Attitude, Professionalism and Mindset. The conduct of the soft skills training aligns with one of the core values of the University, which is Charism. With this value, Paulinians develop their gifts to be put in the service of the community, but they strive to grow and improve daily, always seeking the better and finer things, and the final good. The Activity was the first batch as the Management, headed by University President Teresita C. Baricaua, SPC, aims to cover all personnel in this training course.
